ADRIAN CROWLEY – Measure of Joy

Released through Valley of Eyes Records on February 7th 2025, Measure of Joy is the second album John has produced for the great Dublin singer songwriter Adrian Crowley. Recorded at J&J studios by Jim Barr (who also played bass), mixed at H&H by John & Oliver Baldwin.

Love In Constant Spectacle is the twelfth solo album by Jane Weaver, but the first to be produced by John. Released April 5th 2024 on Fire Records. It was recorded by Joe Jones at Rockfield Studios, with additional overdubs recorded by James Trevascus at Invada Studios, Bristol. Mixed by John & Oliver Bladwin at H&H Studio, Bristol.
The title track was released as the first single and was BBC6 Music playlisted

Released through Rough Trade on Feb 6th 2024, Black Holes The Stars & You was recorded during the sessions for the Several Songs About Fire album. The spirited cover of Kevin Ayers’ The Oyster & The Flying Fish was recorded at Wilco’s Loft studio in Chicago, by Mark Greenberg and mixed by John & Oli at H&H Studio, Bristol.

Michelle Henning’s sleeve design for I Inside The Old Year Dying wins the Best Art Vinyl Award of the year announced at Hari, Belgravia, London.

Artist and university professor Michelle Henning has won first place for her design work on PJ Harvey’s album, I Inside The Old Year Dying. Henning received the prize at an event held at the Hari in Belgravia, London.
