'When We Were Gentle' by Danish artist Kira. John produced and played some drums. The album was recorded and mixed by Paul Corkett at Sun Studios in Copenhagen in September 2013. It's John and Kira's second collaboration , following 2010's 'Look Up Ahead'. 'When We Were Gentle' won Best Album at the 2014 Steppeulven Awards in Copenhagen. Kira also won the award for Best Vocalist, and the album was nominated for Best Production, and Best Song Writing.

Belgian legend Arno’s ‘Future Vintage’ was released through Naïve Records in 2012. It which was produced by John Parish and recorded by Ali Chant at Toybox Studio, Bristol.

'Let England Shake' was recorded in Eype Chapel, Dorset in the spring of 2010. It was engineered by Rob Kirwan (who’d previously worked on 'To Bring You My Love') and produced by Flood, Polly, John and Mick Harvey. Along with Polly, John and Mick played most of the instruments on the album. Jean-Marc Butty (To Bring You My Love , A Woman A Man Walked By) drummed on several songs. They all sang. The record was mixed by Flood at Assault and Battery Studio, London.
